Stressed?

pOpcorn! I love how you can pop a paper bag in the microwave for 3 minutes and open the door to buttery, crispy, wonder. Yes, I eat popcorn with chopsticks so it doesn't get the keyboard oily.


Ramen is my true favorite late night snack and frankly any snack. For those that are too lazy to even cook ramen in a pot, cup ramen is the way to go. Sometimes I fry an egg and a slice of spam (or 3) and place it on top to enjoy. Ramen is perfect on cold winter nights, it warms you right up. My teacher also told me once that spicy food increases metabolism and helps with stress. More reasons to induldge! 


I hope the next time you're overwhelmed with a load of work, these snacks help you. Try not to eat them too often as they aren't exactly really healthy... but life is too short to not eat the things you want!
